      Cancellation & Refund Policy – Banahara Merchandise India Pvt. Ltd.
      At Banahara.com, we aim to provide the best customer experience. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully.

      Order Cancellation

      • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support.
      • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

      Return & Refund

      • Due to the nature of uniforms (customized/tailored for industries), returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.
      • To initiate a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
      • Approved returns must be shipped back in unused condition with original tags and packaging.

      Refund Timeline

      • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
      • Shipping charges, COD fees, and customization charges (if any) are non-refundable.

      Non-Eligible Items

      • Customized uniforms, altered items, or bulk corporate orders are not eligible for return/refund unless defective.

      Governing Law

      • This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by Indian law, and disputes will be resolved in New Delhi, India courts.
